About Me

Mike Curtis
On May 19, 2011, I was falsely accused by Weatherford Police Officer Chris Beniak of assaulting him and causing a bodily injury. Chris Beniak and other Weatherford police officers have a HISTORY of unfair and possibly illegal conduct and actions toward me. I was over-zealously prosecuted by Nikki Morton, who initially suggested I should receive 15 years in prison, and later threatened me with more prosecution for "aggravated perjury" when I proclaimed my innocence in court. I realize now that threat was bogus. I was appointed an attorney, Richard Alley, who was purposefully negligent and ineffective. My move to terminate Richard Alley was denied by Judge Graham Quisenberry, who sarcastically said that if I didn't like it I should "write to my legislators". Is it a coincidence that I was overcharged by a bad cop, prosecuted by a malicious prosecutor, defended by an ineffective defender, all under an unfair judge? NO. This is no coincidence, it is indicative of the system that exists in Parker County, TX.
